Privacy Policy

This policy covers https://k3rnel.io — this website and nothing else. K3rnel is in private beta; any use of the product itself is governed by a separate written agreement.

The short version

This site has no accounts, no analytics product, no advertising trackers, no session recording and no third-party embeds. It sets no cookies of its own.

The only personal information we receive is what you type into the contact form and choose to send. We use it to reply to you. That is the entire arrangement.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address, optional company name and message you entered. We keep the message in our email so that we can respond and refer back to the conversation.

  • Name — so we know who we are replying to.
  • Email address — so we can reply.
  • Company — optional, and only useful for context.
  • Message — what you chose to tell us.

What we do not do

  • We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for their own purposes.
  • We do not add you to a marketing list because you contacted us.
  • We do not build a profile of you or track you across other websites.
  • We do not use your message to train models.

Hosting and service providers

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc., which processes standard request information such as IP address, user agent and requested URL in order to serve pages and protect against abuse. This is ordinary server logging and is not used by us for analytics.

Contact form submissions are delivered by an email delivery provider acting on our instructions, and are received in our own email inboxes.

How long we keep it

We keep contact correspondence for as long as it is useful for the conversation and any relationship that follows from it, and delete it on request.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email ammar@k3rnel.io and we will act on it. We are a small team and will answer you directly rather than routing you through a portal.

If you are in a jurisdiction that gives you statutory data protection rights, such as the UK, the EEA or California, those rights apply and we will honour them.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of the page. Given how little this site collects, we do not expect frequent revision.
